What you'll do Develop, analyze and prepare budgets, financials, and marketing plans Manage inventory and assets Coach and mentor sales team on territory management, product knowledge, and gross margins Lead and manage all business and/or department activities related to ensuring positive customer experience Promote a safety-conscious, clean healthy work environment and proper image Identify issues, find the root cause, and implement effective solutions Act as an ambassador for the company with customers, vendors, and the community Recruit, hire, evaluate, develop, and retain key talent Understand business processes and ensure they are followed Foster a culture of open communication, customer focus, continuous improvement, and mutual respect class='clHeadSecondary'>Qualifications name='qualifications' class=' row' aria-label='Qualifications'> class='row formRowStandard ' id='jobQualifications-row'> class='formLine'> What it Takes A minimum of five years of management experience A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent life education.
