Work independently to maintain inventory of appropriate supplies in adequate quantities throughout the facility.
May coordinate inventory and non-stock purchases with managers throughout the facility.
Duties:
Maintain the Materials Management system:
Build new inventory items, Add purchase information based on planned purchase quantities, Monitor and correct negative inventory items, Unit of Measure, and other information.

Complete and submit Purchase Orders for supplies.
Create and place weekly supply orders.
Research special order items, as needed.
Establish and maintain appropriate stocking levels and locations for supplies.
Track chargeable and non-chargeable supplies.
Maintain accurate records in Materials Management software and optimize its use.
Monitor and replace outdated supplies and equipment, according to industry standards.
Receive deliveries, unload boxes and stock shelves in a timely manner.
Perform annual inventory and periodic cycle counts.
Keep the storeroom clean.
Clean, check and reassemble equipment after every use.
Regular sterilization of supplies and instruments.
Monitor effectiveness of sterilization and maintain a record.
Other Material Management functions as assigned.
Qualifications Education, Training and
Experience:
High school graduate Understand and use computers on a regular basis.
Basic experience with Excel.
Previous experience or CS-Tech certification preferred.
Must be able to write and speak English.
